MEU Investors actively seeks established businesses for acquisition across a range of sectors. We understand that every business, owner and transaction is different, which is why we consider each opportunity individually and in confidence.

We typically consider businesses with annual revenues between £500,000 and £20 million, although opportunities outside this range may also be considered.

Our acquisition interests are guided by our investment principles and those of our investment partners. We do not currently consider businesses primarily involved in alcoholic beverages, animal slaughter or processing, adult entertainment, or non-bank and alternative lending.

While our preference is typically to acquire 100% of a business, we recognise that an immediate and complete exit may not suit every owner. Where appropriate, we are open to considering alternative transaction structures, including phased exits and transitional arrangements.
